We will assess your strength, flexibility, functional ability, range of motion, sensation, neurological status, looking for muscle spasm or trigger points. Depending on your condition we will assess your gait, balance, coordination and other body systems.
We will design a therapeutic program to address the deficits found in the evaluation and will begin a treatment to help you achieve your wellness goals. We also customize an exercise program, that you can perform at home.
